Instant Pot Easy Beets

Ingredients

• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup water
• 4 to 6 beets cleaned unpeeled beets

   Then when ready to serve, I open pot and grab a beet and the skin slips off so easy. Slice beets and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

   Wash beets (cut off greens but leave skin)

   I like to use the "Steam" function for 25 minutes and then let sit on "warm" until dinner time

   Add water to the Instant Pot and place whole beets in pot; seal top and cook with high pressure for about 30 minutes. Small to average size beets only take about 20 minutes
